Our goal is to provide quality eye care to all our patients in a timely matter. Hence, we have a No-Show/ Late Cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of optometric care.
Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to allocate that appointment time to a patient who is waiting. If we do not receive 24 hours’ notice, the patient will be subject to a $50.00 late cancellation fee prior to rescheduling a new appointment time.
Patients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment without a call to cancel, is considered a no show and will be subject to a $100.00 No- Show fee prior to rescheduling a new appointment time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, that may cause you to cancel with short notice. Please let us know if that is your case, as the Late Cancellation/ No-Show fee could be waived.
